  • In person: The IG/Title IX Office is located on the main floor of 303 Letcher Avenue, between Post Police and Human Resources.
  • Phone: The IG/Title IX Office is available at (540)-464-7086 during the hours of business operation, which are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.

ADA Reasonable Accommodations

Individuals who need reasonable accommodations in order to be able to access and participate in the programs and services of the IG/Title IX Office are encouraged to contact the IG/Title IX Office directly as soon as practicable.  Additionally, students who need reasonable accommodations for a disability in order to be able to access and participate in the programs and services of the IG/Title IX Office may instead contact the Office of Disability Services for assistance with communicating the need for reasonable accommodations to the IG/Title IX Office.  VMI employees who need reasonable accommodations for a disability in order to access and participate in the programs and services of the Title IX Office may instead contact their Benefits Specialist in Human Resources for assistance with communicating the need for reasonable accommodations to the IG/Title IX Office.

All VMI faculty/staff participants in the Title IX grievance process, to include Title IX Coordinators and their staff, investigators, decision makers, and informal resolution facilitators, receive relevant Title IX and other investigation/adjudication related training through SUNY-SCI.
