The Operations and Planning Office manages and oversees multi-use spaces across post, collaborating with internal and external groups and stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and selection of locations at VMI for hosting events.

The office  provides system administrator support for the post-wide CollegeNet 25Live scheduling software, ensuring the accurate and efficient use of instructional and event spaces.  Oversight is conducted on all events on post through 25Live while working interdepartmentally with the Facilities Management, academic departments, Commandant’s Office, ROTC units, Alumni Agencies, the Marshal Foundation, NCAA, and outside entities to manage, coordinate, and deconflict scheduling requests.
