Assistant Football Coach

Virginia Military Institute (NCAA Division I) is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Football Coaches.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist with organizing and directing all phases of the Football program, to include the recruitment of student-athletes, coordination of team travel and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach while following the rules of VMI, the Southern Conference, and NCAA. Instructs student- athletes in playing techniques and skills, the subtleties of game rules and collaborative team drills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree as well as significant coaching experience and college coursework.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in coaching and recruiting at the college or university level desired. Salary commensurate with experience & qualifications.
